How we can help
Food Distribution
We have a Food Distribution Table in which we put out extra food for community to access. Anyone can stop by and take what they need while we are open. Amounts vary daily.
Cobs Bread is available every Tuesday at 11am first-come-first-served.
We partner with programs such as the Food Rescue Project, the Gift of Good Food, Harvest and Share, Second Harvest, Get Growing Victoria and the BC Farmers Market Coupon Program to help meet the need of our low-income community members.

Clothing Room
Drop-in at the times listed below to browse free, gently used clothing, shoes and small household items. For everyone, sizes from infant to adult.
When: 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-1pm Friday

Warm clothes and outerwear are extra appreciated during the colder months.
Hygiene
We partner with Soap for Hope to provide hygiene supplies such as shampoo, conditioner and menstrual products, as needed.
Photocopy, Fax & Print
We offer this service free of charge. There is a limit of 5 pages per person (or 10 for resumes).

Resource Referrals
We are committed to helping everyone as best we can. If we don’t provide the service that you need, our staff will help you to find another local organization that does.
Computer Access
We have two community computers that can be used anytime we’re open. Use is limited to 30minutes if there are others waiting.
Complimentary Phone Access
We have one community phone that can be used anytime we’re open. No long distance phone calls. Use is limited to 15 minutes (exceptions for ministry phone calls) if there are others waiting.
