The Childcare Coordinator oversees our childcare programs during the school year as well as school closures (spring and summer camps) for school-age children at our location inside Quadra Village Community Centre. They will have responsibility for team leadership, personnel, registration and facility management. This is an in-person position with time in ratio as necessary.
Childcare Coordinator
This role coordinates and oversees the collaborative delivery of the Housing Resource Program (HRP), which provides anti-oppressive and low-barrier housing outreach support to individuals and couples experiencing housing insecurity. This service is delivered primarily by a team of volunteers supplemented by the Housing Resource Coordinator who also acts as the Senior Practitioner for the program.

Administrative Coordinator
This role provides human resources and administrative support to the Executive Director and agency staff. Ideally, you have a background in HR or Business Administration or a related field. Childcare One to One Leader
This role will provide direct care to a child or children in the Licensed Care Program requiring specific one-to-one support, encouraging intellectual, physical and emotional growth. Experience working with and supporting individuals with diverse needs, as well as skills specific to working with individuals with autism, is required.

Ongoing Opportunities
This position includes providing a safe and secure space while assisting user groups for the Quadra Village Community Centre (QVCC) and Neighbourhood Gym (QVNG). The building attendant will also be completing administrative tasks, providing a friendly and welcoming environment, and carrying out light cleaning and maintenance. This is a volunteer position with honourariums provided.
