Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is a group of dedicated volunteers who contribute their knowledge and experience toward helping the Quadra Village Community Centre to achieve its goals.

Some typical responsibilities of Board members include:

attending monthly Board meetings
joining at least one of our Board committees
learning about the Centre’s programs and services
contributing to the planning and guidance of the organization and its programs
advocating for the health and well being of the Hillside-Quadra neighbourhood

If you love the Hillside-Quadra community and are looking for ways to get involved, why not consider joining our Board? We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels, including those with no previous board experience.

For those with professional expertise to contribute, we currently seek volunteers from the following fields: social work, child and youth care, law, finance, human resources (including DEI), land-use planning, fundraising, and marketing and communications.

Or come to a Board meeting! Our meetings are open to the public by request. We meet on the fourth Monday of every month, except for July, August and December when we don’t meet. Contact board@quadravillagecc.com to arrange to attend a meeting.
